MASTER CLEARED OF FOXHUNTING CHARGE
A man who was accused of illegal fox hunting in the Scottish Borders has been acquitted.
In a test case for Scotland's anti-hunting legislation, Trevor Adams was found not guilty at Jedburgh Sheriff Court.
Sheriff Kevin Drummond ruled that the former master of the Buccleuch Hunt was searching and not hunting.
